Sympetrum

I used the genus of this dragonfly as my title because I'm not exactly sure what kind it is. I think it might be a Cherry-faced Meadowhawk or a Ruby Meadowhawk?

This was taken during a hike on the Chuckery Trail, Cascade Valley Metro Park. Since it's right by the river, they are swarming all over the place.
